Proxy question

I am trying to use my home pc/router as a proxy for when I am at work.

This is simply to bypass the web filter. Is there an easy way to do this? I have Verizon FiOS with a motorola router, good amount of configuration control over the router - I just don't know if there is a way to set a port on the router to allow this.

I have googled this - nothing comes up for using the router really, and there are a couple guides on setting up my pc as a rpoxy, but I would rather just use the router form home if at all possible.
