VRAM question on Intel chipsets
Post Body
Hey reddit. Quick Question: I have a MacBook Pro early 2011 with an Intel Core i5 2410 processor and Intel HD Graphics 3000. According to the tech specs, I have 384MB VRAM shared with the main (4GB) memory. I want to upgrade my RAM to this 8GB set from OWC, but they do not list any VRAM in the specs. Will my computer automatically share the minimum 384MB VRAM from the new RAM or do I need to look for RAM with VRAM included? I asked the 24/7 Sales Help and they had no idea. Thoughts? Thanks.
