Lag/ ping spikes

So here’s what I know
- when the lag spike occurs it is experienced on both my computer and my wife’s computer simultaneously
- it is not unique to one game so i know it isn’t the game servers
- i have fios 100mbps internet - this is what I suspect may be the issue although gaming doesn’t demand a ton of bandwidth so im not positive
- we are both on pcie tp link wifi cards
- both computers are within 20 feet of and have LOS to the router
- we have a tp link Archer AX 73
- currently have 20 devices on the network most are IFTTT devices (2 smart phones, 2 desktops, everything else is IFTTT)
