WiFi issues help!!!!

Hey everyone, I currently have Cox internet 500mbps plan, Arris 3.1gigabyte modem, and netgear R6250 router. WiFi works just fine for everything else but when I’m playing video games online the bedroom tv will not be able to stream Netflix or any other streaming video/movie. When I run a speed test on my phone while planning video games I still get 350-390mbps I don’t understand why I cannot play online and stream a movie at the same time, please any advice would be appreciated!
