Laptop won’t go past Asus logo

So, I factory reset my Asus laptop on Monday because I thought it would help with its performance a bit, but now it won’t start. Everytime I try, it turns on, the Asus logo appears for a few seconds and it turns off, before turning itself on again and the cycle continues. I don’t understand if I did something wrong or if there’s a problem with the laptop itself.
