Hello
I am expiriencing bluescreen crasshes when I move my laptop suddenly. The stop code of the crash is "unexpected store exception". This is probably due to a damaged component in the PC.
My laptop was recently serviced for some phisical damage, they had to replace the left speaker of the computer. I did a clean install of the pc after the repair was made but the BSoD's percisted. Now I am thinking that there might be other damaged components which need fixing.
After the crash the computer cant collect error info (its stuck at 0%). I cant seem to get a minidump file from the crash either. I have set up the pc to create a small emmory dump file (256KB) and to save it under %SystemRoot%\Minidump. However there is no Minidump folder in C:\Windows and Bluescreenview cant find minidump files either.
How should I go about finding out which component is causing the crash?
Thank you so much for your help!
