Can I use two coaxial splitters to plug in my internet?

Post Body

I'm going to install home internet for my grandmother. She only has one cable line in her apartment and it is currently being used:

                            > cable TV box

Wall out > splitter > cable telephony

My question is can I use a second coaxial splitter on either line to plug into a modem/router for internet?

Any suggestions? Thanks
