Enabled Secure boot to install Windows 11 now can't reach BIOS even after resetting CMOS. Help much appreciated.

Post Body

Hi I have a z370 Aorus 7 motherboard-i7 8700k and a GTX970

I disabled csm, restarted, assigned a Platform key and enabled secure boot. After I couldn't reach the bios anymore, I tried resetting my cmos twice but I still can't reach the bios. The computer just turns on and doesn't do anything.

I don't know how to fix this and I am very lost.

Motherboard gives code AD "Issue Ready To Boot event for OS Boot."

When I pressed the bios key it gave the code A2 "Detect and install all currently connected IDE devices."
