Windows 11 "New" Alt-tab not working, Win+Tab crashes explorer, not sure why but this has been a recent issue.

It's been odd and rocky so far today, I've had a total breakdown of WinSxS (which resolved itself somehow?), and now this, can't really find anything online. Any ideas?For now, classic alt tab (enabled via winaerotweaker) works, but it looks horrendous compared to the rest of the OS.
Edit:
Temporarily solved my issue by rebinding win alt to F24 via Powertoys, and using VistaSwitcher as my Alt-Tab replacement
