Voicemeter Banana killed my headset mic somehow

So long story short, I installed VoiceMeter Banana to try to mess with my headset a bit but as soon I installed it, my headset microphone stopped working. Whenever I try to test on Zoom or even the built in Audio Recording in Windows 10, it will not pick up my microphone at all.

This is my current headset

I am considering a system restore but there's a bunch of school related programs I don't want to install again (looking at you Mongo Compass)
