I tried to update my drivers today through the GeForce experience app, when I downloaded the driver and tried to install it multiple times, it did not work, I thought that this was probably because I had an old version of experience, so I tried to update it.
still could not download the latest version, when I looked around I saw that someone had advised that I should uninstall the GeForce experience app that is on my PC and then install the one from the NVidia website. So I uninstalled it and then when I tried to download the new version, it still would not work...that was when I had realized that I may have messed up.
I found out that I could just download the driver from their website directly so I said ok fine I dont need Experience. I tried downloading THAT and then STILL it always fails to install everything is failing to install. I checked to see if its the PC that has out of date software, its seems that it did, one of the updates is actually for NVidia. But every time I click download I get an download error, it just wont download.
Also at some point something happened to teh driver software that I had on the PC so that is completely gone too
I don't know if Ive missed anything or what Ive left out of the post. I am in desperate need and have absolutely 0 technical skills.
I can afford to buy another PC but it would still cost me alot of money and I dont want to have to do that just because of a software issue
