Hello! So I recently got my PC in July (freshly built) and was wondering about Hangs/freezes on my PC. I have had 2 of them so far. Once on august 8th and Once on sept 22. During those times my pc froze, while i was watching youtube videos, however my mouse can still move, I can close apps but i cant open anything and the only way to solve it was to reboot my pc with the power button on the case. I heard NZXT cam could be the issue so I disabled it from startup hoping to get no more freezes /hangs in the future. My pc Specs are
CPU: Ryzen 5900x
Motherboard: Asus rog Crosshair viii hero x570
Gpu: Strix 3090 white
Ram: 32gb Corsair ram@ 3200 (xmp enabled)
Nzxt z73 AIO
9 Corsair ql fans
Phanteks Revolt x 1000 watt plat PSU
Lian li xl Case. I have all drivers up to date (gpu drivers and such) Bios update on motherboard is on 3601. All Windows drivers up to date as well. I did SFC and Dism and found no errors. no errors in Event Viewer or Reliability report either. I was just wondering if this is a concern? I am not sure if its 100% caused my NZXT cam or if its just windows 10 hanging sometimes. I hope this is normal and not too concerning. Sorry if I am paranoid in advanced! thank you!
