Computer won't wake up from sleep

Hey guys been having this issue ever since I upgraded my PC to

5950x

RTX 3090

Crucial Ballistix 3600 32 GB RAM

Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro

Windows 10 20H2

So when my computer goes to sleep initially everything is fine, it wakes back up when I press a key or move my mouse.

However when my pc goes to sleep again, I can't wake up my pc normally and have to press the power button to turn it back on and in event viewer this shows up

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000133 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000501, 0x0000000000000500, 0xfffff802774fa320).

Used bluescreen viewer and it says it was caused by ntoskrnl.exe 41f1fa

Same issue occurs when I restart or shut down after that second sleep only this time it takes ~5minutes to restart or shutdown.

I've tried updating all my drivers, updating my bios, fresh install of windows, running chkdsk, memtest and all that jazz to no avail. Previously had a 3950x which experienced the same problems.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this problem?

Thanks.
