Constant freezing and blue screen Windows 10, just put in new SSD and RAM

Post Body

So I was having boot issues until the issue was "please insert bootable device..", the HDD was only 1.5 years old but it was a shitty WD blue so it made sense, got a 512 SSD and installed windows 10 from a boot disk, started getting crashes before I could do anything at all, like I couldn't even install firefox or a windows update before a freeze or blue screen. I figured RAM issue makes sense because I've been having issues in that area for a while and I was using cheap used ram. Got 16g yesterday and now I can manage to do some things, I've installed steam, some games and quite a few windows updates, but I still get freezes and blue screens usually when I try to download things or run a game. My graphics card is a bit old (GeForce GTX 760 4gb) but haven't had issues with it at all, my CPU is only a little over a year old (AMD Ryzen 5, 6 core 3.6ghz) so I don't think that would be the issue, CPU is idling around 28-35C and hitting 48 max.

Just tried to load a game and got blue screen with CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT if that helps.

TL;DR

Constant blue screens and freezes when I try to do things, stays up if idling though. Brand new SSD and RAM.

Any help would be massively appreciated because I'm at my wits end with this thing.

EDIT:

Things I've tried (on a clean hard drive):

Updated all drivers

Reset the BIOS

Windows MemDiag Tool

Installed all Windows Updates
