Can't find out what's wrong with my personal PC. Pretty sure there's more than one issue. So first of all my wifi card isn't working at all. It's showing up in device manager and other places. When I click on it it says "this device is functioning properly" and when I tell it to check for drivers it says it's up to date. However, I'm not seeing any network available at all to hook up to. I'm not even able to open network settings. When I open the settings app it stays open until I click on something. Like I can sit in the app all day but the instant I click on network settings or anything else within settings it closes instantly. No error or anything. When I googled that it said I might have some corrupt files so I did an SFC scan. After the scan it said "some corrupt files were detected but we were unable to remove or repair them" and I couldn't find much on that. So finally I tried to just run a repair. I told it to delete everything except for the OS critical files but completely delete everything else and it started the whole process and when it got to about 3% it pulled up another error "unable to repair windows"
