Gourp Policy Pre-Login Clock and Keyboard Settings [Windows 10]

Post Body

Hi All,

One of those niggling group policy problems that have been bugging me for months.

Anyone know which registry keys I need to push to make the pre-login (and lock) screen for windows 10 use the keyboard layout for British keyboards and the clock to be 24 Hour (so called military time by some)?

So far I've tried pushing out a string key with a name of 1 and with a value of 00000809 (MS reference) for the keyboard at HKLM\System\Keyboard Layout\Preload but some systems seem to be ignoring that. Clock settings however I simply cannot find, everyone seems to mention how to use control panel regional settings or international settings for users but surely this is just limited to after the user has logged in?

Thanks!
