6900xt not working as I thought it would in some games, any recommendations?

Hello everyone, I bought a new 6900xt and I was really excited about it, so I opened some games and started getting my hands dirty. WIth my 4k monitor.

So in CoD with Max graphics it works great, and also in WoW with max graphics is all smooth but when I play League of Legnds I notice something like FPS drops, but the FPS don't really go down, at least not in the LoL display (Which I have capped at 120 fps). Also when i go to the Raedon software it says that the avg FPS of the game is 55.7, does anyone know why this happen or how I can fix it?
