Replace projector fans with Noctua?

Post Body
Hello,
I recently got a LG PF50KA projector. It's nice but the fans were kinda loud, so I was wondering if it's possible to replace the fans with Noctua fans, which would presumably be a lot quieter.

This is what the header looks like, but is there a name for this shape? Or a way to adapt Noctua fans to this header?
Thank you!

Here! They just seem like generic 40mm fans

nah the connectors seemed pretty obscure and apparently there's like a default RPM set by the manufacturer? idk but i wasn't sure if it was worth the hassle
