(i hope this is the right place to ask this) ok i know nothing about technology or electrical anything. my mom's tv is not working and there's a cord missing in the back of her cable box that says " 12v dc"...i tried googling it and it seems like there's different kinds?? how do i know what i need and where can i buy a new cord? t.y.i.a.!
