Hey folks, would appreciate some help if anyone has any on my issue please..

So for a period I was having an issue where while using the laptop, everything would just go black, the backlight on the screen is still on and the CPU is still running, but it is completely unresponsive.

I've reset Windows 10 (saving my files in case that makes any difference) and while I thought this had solved the issue, it has just occurred again. I've cleaned out the CPU fan and been keeping a check on Task Manager to see if the CPU is running at max % but it doesn't seem to be the issue.. It just seems to happen randomly.. Any help would be immensely appreciated!
