Strange cmd window running "Checker IMAPv9.0!" open on win 7 machine this morning

We have a very small office without a tech guy anymore, and we have an old win 7 machine that is our file server.

This morning I remoted into the win 7 file server to see if the hdd backup worked, only to see odd command line window open.

No idea what it was doing, seemed to be running something called:

Checker IMAPv9.0!

Google show no results when I search that with "" surrounding it.

That URL in the image is from Russia apparently.

Should I be worried, would really appreciate any advice!
