Need help! Disk is almost constantly running at 100%.

Hey all. As the title states, disk is constantly running at 100%. Windows 10 Home.

I’ve done a full reboot and that seemed to help for a little, then right back to the issue. I’ve also searched and done a few random fixes that were supposed to help, but obviously have not. (Virus/malware scans are clean.) And to my best ability/knowledge, all drivers are updated to the most recent.

Computer is fairly new, only built a year ago, with the GPU and PSU being two years old.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4 16 GB Ram Corsair 650W

I am unsure what/where the issue may be and how to fix it. Any help/ideas would be appreciated!!!
