Gtx 1080 turbo black screen and 100% fans

Someone please help. It’s been a month straight and I haven’t been able to use my pc. When I start my PC there is only a black screen and the fans run at 100%. I have changed my motherboard and same issue. I have use my motherboard graphics and went into bios to see the gpu and it wasn’t even detected. I don’t know what to do. Stressing
