Howdy!
I just built my first pc, and everything went hunky dory until windows finished installing. Initially, the computer was recognizing the Ethernet connection. After completing the install, Windows has been unable to recognize the Ethernet port/connection.
I am unable to restart DHCP through Services, and I’ve also made sure all applicable permissions have been granted through Registry Editor.
I tried installing the latest Realtek drivers from MSI’s website.
I’ve tried checking the disk/system (no errors).
I have an MSI B550 Tomahawk MoBo. The build is running Windows 10 Version 1909.
Edit: solved! Bad CAT cable.
