Something on my PC keeps trying to open a JAR file

I've had this problem for months. This is what the error usually looks like. I recall it starting after I'd tried a YouTube download er. If i put a file there it just opens the file. I've looked thru the registry too see if anything was pointing towards that file but nothing. The error usually pops up every few hours. I've gotten it to pop up myself by setting the time forward in windows.
I'm currently in the process of doing a "virus scan" which is currently still running. I'm really hoping to solve this issue because it makes me exit full screen for whatever game I'm playing
