I have a motherboard Asus x99 Deluxe and currently have G.Skill Rip Jaws 4x4GB 2666MHz.

My Brother bought me a G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3600MHz.

I have google around and that I think they might not be compatible with x99. I tried anyway and Yep, the display not found with two new RAM.

So, is there a solution or work around to make it work or should return it and get a proper one.

Ideally, I wanted to get another set of G.Skill Rip Jaws 4x4GB 2666MHz as my current ones are working fine. But I can't find them anywhere now.

Troubleshooted steps, I have already check different slot, use the recommended slots. The slots are not damaged. I am now back to reusing my old 4x4GB sticks and working fine.

I have already tried the Clear CMOS button and RAMOK button on the board too.
