Each time my internet is down, I always right -click the "troubleshoot problems" option in the wi-fi icon and when it gives me the error like "the dns server isn't responding" or "please connect an ethernet cable etc.", it will disconnect from the internet and when I click the Network and Internet settings, the wi-fi and mobile hotspot isn't there anymore. Just like this:

I tried looking at the drivers and this is the error that appears:

What I did now is right click and chose "Network and Internet settings" -> "Network Reset". I had to wait 5 minutes for a reset and after that, the wi-fi and mobile hotspot are back again.
However this problem happens often already, I had to reset my laptop 4 times just for today. I don't want to reset my laptop again every time this happens. Any ideas how can I prevent this from happening again?
