Tips on giving my gaming PC some love/TLC

Hi all,
I have a gaming PC which I haven't opened the case on in years. Not sure of the exact specs but the CPU has a water cooler and there's a graphics card in there too. I was hoping someone could please give me some pointers to what would be best to give it some love.
I could think of:
- New thermal paste on CPU
- Clean out dust
I wondered if there's any other things I could do, perhaps specific to the water cooler? Thanks in advance!
