So I hav an HP envy laptop with a built-in webcam. I called HP, and they said it’s a pretty basic webcam which lacks any oscillating or 360 degree functions (because it can’t physically or mechanically do so). So basically it can’t move left, right, up, or down (unless I physically lift the laptop). I am just wondering if it was ever possible for some program/application/hacker that would ever make it possible for the camera to turn left, right, up, or down (despite physically/mechanically lacking the ability to do so). (Camera HP Wide Vision HD Camera)
