I went on vacations a month, and when I returned randomly my pc freezes, the screen turn black, but still turn on, and sometimes I hear a noise, others what I was hearing before, and others nothing.

The pc dont respond to anything and I have to reboot with the button on the tower.

It happens more when playing games, some make it happens more, other less. Some of the almost never and I happened a few just in the internet browser.

Also after it happens once Its more common that it happens again.

I checked the temperature of the gpu and cpu, everything good. I did stress test to de cpu gpu and memory, and the computer didn't freezed.

The drivers of gpu is updated and the windows too. I also reinstall windows.

I even cleaned the computer insides.

I have no idea what else to do or what could it be. Please help :(
