I have a specific family member who I know is infecting our Grandma's PC with malware. He's older, not tech-savvy and has a habit of visiting and downloading from websites that lead to problems.

I've had a talk with this person before, and it leads to 0 results. I have to visit soon to reformat the drive, and I'm hoping to implement features this time that'll prevent this from being a monthly occurrence.

It's a Windows system that is primarily used to stream YouTube. I've googled and have some ideas, but I definitely appreciate and value other opinions.
