PC froze on me and I had to shut it off, logs seem to indicate something called TPM was to blame?

Post Body

In Event Viewer, just before the kernel power error (due to me shutting off the computer) is an error from "TPM": "The device driver for the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) encountered a non-recoverable error in the TPM hardware, which prevents TPM services (such as data encryption) from being used. For further help, please contact the computer manufacturer."

Admittedly I had a lot of programs open and was performing a resource-intensive operation. (If you must know, I was running chmod from WSL recursively on a project directory with a lot of subdirectories.)

I'm running Windows 10 1909 on a Dell Inspiron 5755 with 8GB RAM. I just had Windows reinstalled.
