So for about a week, my PC would freeze up every other day or so. Before this problem was solved, it stopped running altogether. The HDD spins, lights and fans go on, but nothing on the monitor (already tested for monitor issues). I also can't shut down via holding the power button when it's like this if that matters. I tried cleaning everything and resetting the CMOS battery, but this did nothing. I tried a minimal start and it actually got it working, but about 12 hours later it froze again, and then again powers up with no display. I tried minimal start again but it didn't help.
