Wi-Fi drops any time roommates desktop is on

I have a desktop and my roommate has a desktop. Both wired connections. When mine is on, no issues. When his is on, all Wi-Fi stops working.
Sometimes it shows as "Connected, No Internet" other times it can't connect.
Any thoughts?
