Some alt codes seem to have inexplicably (maybe because of a windows update?) stopped working for me on all editors, browsers (including file explorer). I can still view the ones I had used previously and I can copy-paste them.

It's not all codes just the first alt (1-32 excluding the ones that just add lines). For example the alt code for Pilcrow (¶) should work with both ALT 20 and ALT0182. Now just the latter works. I was still able to use the codes in file names but that seems to be gone now too.

I use the Pilcrow (alt20), Section Symbols(alt21), and Delta(alt30) very often to write notes and this is bugging me a lot. Any solutions or workaround suggestions?

Edit: I'm going to try updating my other computer to Windows 10 1903 too and see if it has the same problem afterward too.
