System Volume noises

I need my phone's system, notifications and ring volume at different amounts depending on the day of the week and the time, this feature is not built into my Galaxy 9. However I have searched for multiple apps to do over the years for this and they all have major drawbacks (24/7 notifications or etc.) Any good apps to fix this issue?
This might not necessarily be a tech support issue however it seems highly relevant and I didnt know where else to post. Feel free to remove.
