[Windows 10 - PC] Unending BSOD loops "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA" cannot diagnose why

Post Body

I keep getting the BSOD "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. I am able to boot, but once I get to the log in page for windows 10 I cannot log in before it BSODs and restarts into the troubleshoot mode. I have tried reading a bunch of articles and I can't quite figure out 1) what the base problem is and 2) how to fix it even if I have a bunch of hypotheses

Some information:

  • PCPP List
  • When I do a system restore from a point about 7 days ago it works for the day, but once the system is turned off and tried to boot again, I get the BSOD again.
  • I have not been able to do check the disk for errors (The SSD was installed after and I made it a boot drive so could be a faulty windows install?)
  • The memory I have is not on the QVL so that could be one point of failure
  • When I restart, the lights on my keyboard and mouse (Logitech 710 , G502) don't light up and are unusable. So could be a driver issue but the drivers are consistently updated through Logitech's software)

My main problem is that I am having trouble isolating all of the possible points of failure in order to troubleshoot, and even if I could do so I can't even get past the log in to make try and fix things.

I'd really dislike having to do a clean Windows install, but that's the last thing I can think of. Thank you guys so much for trying to help!!
