Can't stop Pop-up on my phone

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, and I've owned it for maybe 3-4 years. Anyway, the other day I was scrolling through the app store, installed something but never opened it, and as I read the reviews, another person said it left Adware on thier phone (even though app in question has no ads)

Ever since I uninstalled it (which was almost immediately) I started getting pop-ups from Google Chrome for about maybe a week. When i disabled Chrome, I started getting Pop-ups on my Samsung Internet. I have Malwarebites and Hi Security installed, and both Malware scans showed nothing. Is there something I can do?
