My problem is as the title states and I am on Windows 10 64 bit.
When I go to my Device settings, all I see under my saved bluetooth devices is "Bluetooth is turned off" which was weird to me because there is no option to turn the bluetooth on or off. I googled some solutions to this which included uninstalling my bluetooth driver in my device manager and reinstalling the driver, but to my surprise I saw no driver in my device manager. So after going to the page of my motherboard manufacturer and installing the most recent bluetooth driver it changed nothing and I still don't see a bluetooth driver in my device manager. I was also advised to go into under services and set Bluetooth Support Service to Automatic instead of manual. That also did nothing. And as a last resort I did a system restore to a restore point going back a week and that also did nothing.
