Dell inspirion wont boot up

So my laptop has trouble booting up. Usually turning it off and on will boot up as normal. But now it isnt.
It came off because i was running off battery and i nudged the battery wrong (it does that sometimes) and noe it just wont turn on.
All factory parts of a dell inspirion 5558.
I hit the power button, and the screen "lights up" but is still black. Fans are running lightly. Steady white light.
And then....nothing. forever. No dell logo, cant boot up.
