So let me get right through it.

So recently I had just gotten a graphics card upgrade. I mean going from an rx 470 strix to a gtx 1070 strix. So I had gotten a few founder edition cards before I got the strix and pretty much no matter with of the two founder edition cards I tried. I would get this odd and very annoying issue where my computer would lock up for a moment. This issue has called some games to crash and even programs to outright crash.

So initially I had thought that these 1070 founder editions I had gotten which were both refurbs, was the cause of the freezing and thus I spent a little more and got myself a gtx 1070 strix. Its a used card but it's from my workplace so I know the thing is pretty solid in what it was used for. So upon putting that card in the one I am using currently. The freezing died down a little.....but it still happens.

So I am quite baffled by this. I mean I do have an overclocked ryzen 5 1600 at 3.8. However I never really had a problem with that oc with the rx 470.

So my question is....do you think this is maybe a psu issue..? Maybe I need to get something with more wattage? Maybe it is the overclock and I need to tone back? Maybe there is something else going on. I would like a second opinion on this one so thus here we are now.
