Windows 10, explorer.exe high CPU usage?

It's started overnight, no new Windows updates although I did run some this morning to see if it would fix my problems but it didn't. explorer.exe is running at around 9-11% cpu usage idle. Virus, malware scan ran nothing found. Mobo is Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H with 4690k so nothing new driver wise.
