I can't tell which. I've tried unplugging my video card's HDMI monitor (i run three monitors) and plugging into motherboard but still there's nothing on my screen. I do notice my 212 EVO CPU cooler isn't on. Would this be a poewr supply, video card, something else? How would I even know?

The cooling fans are on, the power supply fans are on. No beep, so would that possibly be the CPU or the power supply? I just replaced the cpu fan last month. going to unplug and replug CPU and pray it's power supply if anything.
