How can I check if the mother board is broken?

The light on mother board turns on.
I tested with 2 different cpu.
One cpu turns on everything, case fan and graphic card.
But when I use another CPU it just turns on the fan.
My PC froze and crashed while playing fortnite(3x) and on the third time it won’t turn on again.
