Windows Reporting Problem pops up outta nowhere in the background and eats a lot of bandwith

I have a Lenovo YK250 gaming laptop that runs Windows 10 and in the middle of my sessions from surfing to gaming, out of nowhere my loading times would be slow and I would be lagging in game. I check task manager to see what was eating my and found that the application "Windows reporting a problem" that was eating up all of my bandwidth. does anybody know how to permanently fix this because everytime I open my computer it comes back after awhile.
