Weird mouse issues on video players and google mail, and drive.

Hello,

I'm using a laptop (Acer G5-793) and this issue has been going on for a long while now. It occurs both with the touch pad and my connected mouse (Logitech G600).

The issues are that on video players my mouse seems to be stuck clicking somewhere so if I move the mouse somewhere on the page the video will seek to that location or the volume bar will move there. On google drive and mail the clicking on menu buttons does nothing. I'm having the same issue on Firefox and Chrome. One particularly reliably bad video player for the problem is the twitch video player. Youtube usually works fine though.

It is very annoying and I want to finally fix it. Thanks.
