New ASRock A320m-HDV motherboard/Ryzen 2200g CPU not posting

I was playing CIV V, and my computer froze. I had to switch off the power supply to turn it off, and then it woudn't come back on. After the tenth time attempting to power cycle it, it finally posted and got to my boot loader, but that's it. There are no beep codes. I've tried resetting CMOS. All parts are brand new. No lights on PS2 keyboard, either (not sure if that happens after POST). Any ideas?
