Microphone headset no longer works on pc/ps4.

Hello, My gaming headset hyperx cloud 2 used to work on both pc and PS4, not the case anymore.
I have reinstalled drivers and that did not work. I tried to use the same headset on my iPhone and it works perfectly fine.
To be clear the audio works perfectly fine but my microphone does not work (only on PC/PS4)
