Description of problem

First time posting in this subreddit sorry if I missed out anything.

When using TeamSpeak, my friends have given feedback that my voice only comes out of their left channel. I tried to switch my microphone settings in Windows to 1 Channel only, but I do not have such an option, all of them are 2 Channels.
