So it started last night, I checked my CPU speeds since I was curious why my computer was louder than normal so I thought something was wrong with the cooler so I checked to see if it was thermal throttling. This thing somehow overclocked itself and simply isn't turboing up to this speed since it wasn't going below 3.72Ghz. I checked my overclocking software and somehow it overclocked itself to 3.82Ghz. I did a bios reset to the default settings and restarted. It is still turboing to this speed. I found I could manually set the speed back down to 3.5, but it stays only at 3.5 and doesn't go up or down. Pictures attached below: https://imgur.com/a/J9zXN
